Aromatherapy and Sophrology in Genval

I intervened at the teambuilding days of CEFIC in Genval, providing relaxation and, at the request of my client, an introduction to aromatherapy, with the creation of a personalised roll-on with essential oils at hand.

My workshop was part of a larger session that also covered lithotherapy.
